Roger earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from Iowa State University and worked in various positions for a large multi-national chemical company for 35 years. His most recent work there was as Technical Services Manager for a large group of products including some with safety-critical applications in the food, pharmaceutical and personal care industries. He developed a strong working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the manufacture and distribution of such products. With Experien he leads the cGMP auditing of companies engaged in the intermediate handling of such products. He also provides expertise on matters of chemistry in relation to new substance and food contact notifications.
