Rich LeNoir, Senior Regulatory Consultant for Food Contact Substances, has more than 40 years of professional industry and consulting experience and serves as a strategic partner on all matters pertaining to global food contact / food packaging regulations. Rich earned his Chemical Engineering degree at the University of Delaware in 1975 after which he held various engineering and regulatory affairs positions at Hercules, Inc., Himont Inc., Montell Polyolefins, Basell Inc. and LyondellBasell Industries. In 2013, Rich formed his own company, The Catcher Consulting LLC, providing regulatory consulting services relating to global food contact and U.S. TSCA regulations. Rich is regulatory involved in activities of The Society of the Plastics Industry and has served as their Chairman for Food, Drug and Cosmetic Packaging Materials Committee and Vice Chairman of the Global Business Committee.
