Mark Mayes, Managing Principal, is a Regulatory Toxicologist with more than 30 years of expertise in global regulatory activities, managing both large and small programs from major industrial chemical manufacturers, personal care suppliers and manufacturers, and chemical distributors. Mark specializes in worldwide new substance notifications with a focus on optimizing budgets and schedules to coincide with market timing for the introduction of new products. He also is expert at specialty notifications with non-government organizations (NGOs), such as NSFI. Mark manages complete REACH programs for both new and existing substances for all tonnage bands, from the development of gap analyses to full IUCLID dossiers. He conducts TSCA 8(e) and (c) audits in the USA for multiple clients. He advises companies on the development of their Product Stewardship programs including developing protocols and handling guidelines for sensitive end use applications. Mark develops and authors SDSs for commercial products and for research samples. He has led and serves on several industry panels as a technical expert. Mark's industry and consulting experience helps equip him to be an excellent resource for our clients.
